Where is your factory located?Our main manufacturing site, Jong Stit Park, is located in Samut Sakhon Province, Thailand. You are welcome to contact us directly for visits, inquiries, or further information.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?We operate with a minimum order of one 20FT container per shipment.

- All-Over Print (AOP) : 800 kg per colorway/design

Which shipping methods are available?We provide international shipping via sea freight and air freight, supported by a full import–export documentation process to make logistics smooth and reliable.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept:
- 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment
- Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight

Do you have agents or sales offices outside of Thailand?Currently, we manage all operations directly from Thailand. We do not use external agents, dealers, or distributors, which allows us to provide factory-direct pricing, transparent communication, and consistent quality control.

Do you work on a commission basis?No, we do not work on a commission basis. All business is conducted directly between our factory and our clients.

Do you have other compositions or blended fabrics?We specialize exclusively in 100% polyester knitted fabrics. This focus allows us to deliver the highest expertise, consistency, and innovation in polyester textile solutions.

Can you manufacture fabrics in custom colors, weight, or width?Yes, we offer made-to-order fabric manufacturing, giving clients the flexibility to customize color, weight, and width according to their specific requirements.

Can you provide fabric swatches or samples before I place an order?Yes, we can supply fabric swatches and samples so you can test the texture, weight, and quality before confirming your order.

Can you supply test reports or certifications for specific fabrics?Yes. Our in-house quality control laboratory conducts thorough testing before delivery. Upon request, we can provide test reports and certifications for selected fabrics.
